GamesUpSport Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your gear from GamesUpSport. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed, as our suppliers may not accept discretionary returns.

How to Request a Return

  • Email sales@gamesupsport.store with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • A brief explanation of the issue
  • We’ll evaluate your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refund Evaluation

We follow AutoDS supplier guidelines when assessing refund eligibility:

  • Defective or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement
  • Lost shipments: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@gamesupsport.store, and we will assist where possible.
  • Change-of-mind: Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on supplier approval

Exchanges

  • If your item is eligible for return and stock is available, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.
  • After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in fulfillment.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
